house of cards

In this work, I have built a house of cards using marble—a material traditionally noble and destined to endure over time. Yet the house of cards is, by its very nature, tied to the realm of play and to the concept of fragile architecture.
The sculpture thus becomes transient, almost like a snapshot that captures form in a precarious and dangerous balance, hinting at its imminent collapse.
